Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

All guests must produce a valid passport/ID upon Check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to bed/room availability.  Kindly inform our Front Desk about your plans.

Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 3:00 p.m., 50% for extensions until 6:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00 p.m.

Deposit Policy

A 1-night deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check-in by either credit card or a cash deposit. A full room rate will be charged and unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be notified in writing to South Coast Horizons and will take effect on the date received by the hotel. Bookings cancelled 7 days or more in advance of travel will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit. We STRONGLY recommend that travel insurance be purchased as cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.

Extra Person Policy

Room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional adult sharing a room will incur a charge of USD $50.0 per night. Rollaway beds are available with advance notice. The maximum number of people allowed per room is dependent on the room type booked.

One to two children 10 years and under sharing a room with parents stay at no cost.
